1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping may be available on request and subject to additional charges, duties, and customs clearance.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
  • Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to promotional terms and conditions.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.
  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • Kezora Jewellery is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order and inform us immediately.
  • In case of missing items or damaged products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may be cancelled, and applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

9. Insurance & Packaging

  • All jewellery orders are securely packed to ensure safe transit.
  • High-value jewellery shipments may be insured at our discretion.
