Refund & Return Policy

At Kezora Jewellery, we take great care in crafting and packaging our jewellery. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), and invoice are intact

Any request raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Items purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or negligence
  • Earrings or piercing jewellery (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@kezorajewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID, product images/videos, and reason for return
  3. Our team will review and approve the request (if eligible)
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, Kezora Jewellery will bear the return shipping cost
  • For any other approved returns, shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to availability
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days

8. Quality Check Disclaimer

All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
Minor variations in color, weight, or design are natural in handcrafted jewellery and are not considered defects.
